Declaration of Evvy Tavasci about Martin Bashir

Here is the document that contains Evvys declaration as to what transpired between Michael and Martin Bashir. In it it will prove that Martin Bashir denied Michael the rights to the footage of the interviews which was part of their agreement. It will also show the deception that he used to gain complete control of the footage and editing for his own purpose.

this addresses Uri and when he sued the sun and CNN regarding MJ:

I think dr. Klein was right when he stated that uri was paid 200k for the bashir documentary. It would explain why he chose Bashir over the many other choices he had. What friend would introduce their friend to a virtual stranger to do a documentary about their life without at least doing a thorough background check and getting references?I think its pretty obvious that the real reason he chose Bashir was because he outbid everyone elsePlain and simple.

What a horrible person Bashir is..I really dont think much of Uri Geller either who was close enough with Bashir that he would have his home phone number, and get a commission for hooking MJ up with him, but supposedly didnt know what a snake this guy is..Ugh..

I thought the person who contacted MJ office saying they had ip numbers from hate sites that linked with people in the media was pretty interesting..also..wonder if that was true.

I think the one part that struck me was where he told Evvy that they had a gentlemens agreement. In order for there to be a Gentlemens agreement it takes two gentlemen. Bashir is no such thing.

Yeah a gentlemens agreement ..There was only one gentleman and it was MJ..This guy makes me sick..To do all this deception and it still wasnt enough for him..He went and did another program..How do you sit with someone so kind and gentle for all those months and stab him in the back the way he did..

What Bashir said and did were two entirely different things. The way he portrayed himself and what he said to Michael behind the scenes were in complete opposition to what he did on the end. That statement is proof that he was deliberately hiding from Michael and he planned on making him look bad from the beginning. Bashir is a snake.

Dont forget that he also forged michaels signature on a document claiming that he had all rights. So not only is he a snake, but hes also a criminal.

Smhwhat an evil man. Its so sad that Michael trusted him and gave him so much access. Biggest mistake he ever made in his life.
