AssistanceThe Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Workers Unit provides community education and legal representation for migrant and seasonal agricultural workers. These are workers who leave their permanent residences to travel for agricultural work in planting, cultivating or harvesting.
Tax CreditA clinic that provides education and legal assistance to people who have tax issues with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). If you qualify for our assistance, we may be able to help with collection issues, examination, innocent or injured spouse claims, appeals, liens, levies, Tax Court litigation, identity theft, and more.
Resistance EducationA financial literacy program for students and young adults taught by bankruptcy judges, trustees and lawyers. We provide a counter-message to the financial illiteracy of young people in America who are often influenced by popular culture and even their parents to spend freely without regard for the consequences.
MoneyA free financial education resource for South Carolina student loan debtors. Through a partnership with American Student Assistance, SALT Money helps members manage their student loan debt, equips them with money skills, and provides with free resources and live chat guidance.
